If you believe that you have been sexually harassed,talk about your concerns or objections directly with theperson who is behaving in a harassing way. If you aresubjected to or observe objectionable behavior, youshould promptly notify the chain of command if one ofthe following conditions exists:The objectionable behavior does not stop,The situation is not resolved,Addressing the objectionable behavior directlywith the person concerned is not reasonableunder the circumstances, orThe behavior is clearly criminal in nature.If the person whose behavior is objectionable is adirect superior in the chain of command or if the chainof command condones (tolerates) the conduct orignores a report, the person subjected to or who hasobserved the objectionable behavior should promptlycommunicate the incident through other availablemeans.
