They must assistthe fiscal officer in obtaining technical descriptions ofplant property and affixing identification plates anddecals on the property. They must also help the fiscalofficer in determining the estimated life of the property;reporting acquisitions, dispositions, transfers, andsurveys of plant property; and conducting physicalinventories.As a master or senior chief, the classes of plantproperty you will be most concerned with are classes 3and 4.6-17
